Special Town Meeting
TRIP Project – Big Rock Road
July 29^th, 2010

Chairman Don Jenicek called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Roll Call:  Present – Supervisor Bob Bodin; Supervisor Al House: Clerk Wanda Hyde and Chairman Don Jenicek. Road Supervisor Mike Yonan also present.

Opening of Bids for TRIP Project on Big Rock Road were as follows:

Angelo Lupino                                   $65,590.00

Northwoods Paving                        $65,250.25

Motion was made by Al House and seconded by Bob Bodin to accept the proposal of Northwoods Paving for the 2010 TRIP Project in the amount of $65,250.25.  Motion carried.

Discussion of the Houghton Falls Nature Preserve closing took place.

Motion by Bob Bodin seconded by Al House to adjourn.  Motion carried.
