Members present: Chairman Donald Jenicek, Supervisor Mike Garnich, Supervisor Bill Bodin, Road Supervisor Mike Yonan.

John Helms interview 6:00 p.m. to 6:34 p.m.

Duane Potter interview 6:36 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Jamie Warren interview 7:02 p.m. to 7:25 p.m.

After Board discussion: Motion made by Donald Jenicek to hire Jamie Warren to the Town of Bayview Road Crew position.

Pay scale:

Start at $23.00 per hour full time with benefits.

Move to $25.00 per hour after attaining a full CDL license.

Move to $27.00 per hour at one year after employee Board review.

Motion seconded by Bill Bodin.

Mike Garnich abstained from voting due to a conflict of interest.

Two in favor, none opposed.  Motion carried.
