Town of Bayview Special Meeting for considering HFNP position

June 24^th, 2020

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Charly Ray at 8:04 a.m.

Roll call: Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, present. Others present Mike Yonan.

Wanda Hyde reported that we had only received one application for the ambassador position at HFNP.

Application of Hannah Adams was reviewed.

Motion was made by Bill Bodin seconded by Don Jenicek to proceed with the job offer to Hannah Adams.  Motion carried.

Charly Ray and Mike Yonan would bring Hannah up to speed and to have her start as soon as possible.

Mike Yonan was requested to acquire a vest and a cell phone with 4 g capabilities for Hannah to use while working.

Motion to adjourn was made by Bill Bodin seconded by Don Jenicek at 8:34 a.m.
