Meeting was called to order at 8:00 a.m. by Chairman Charly Ray.

Roll Call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, excused; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present; Chairman Charly Rae, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, excused.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Charly Ray to add Houghton Falls Friendly Valley Road blacktopping project to both sides of 2016 Budget.  Motion Carried.

Motion was made by Charly Rae seconded by Don Jenicek to change 2017 Budget Worksheet to reflect the Houghton Falls donations and accelerate expenses on loan.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Rae seconded by Don Jenicek.
