Public Hearing
November 10, 2014

Chairman Charly Ray called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. and reported that the public hearing was for the purpose of reviewing the proposed budget for 2015. Copies were made available.

Special Meeting of the Electors immediately followed the Public Hearing.  This meeting of the electors per Sec. 60.12 (1) (c) of Wisconsin State Statutes is called to approve 2014 Town Levy to be paid in 2015 pursuant to Sec. 60.10 (a) of Wisconsin State Statutes.

Motion was made by Paul Norris seconded by Sue Jenicek to approve the town Levy of $167,992.  10 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion by Don Jenicek seconded by Tom Murphy to adjourn.

Regular Town of Bayview Meeting.

Roll call:  Charly Ray Chairman, present; Larry Nelson Supervisor, absent; Greg Rozier Supervisor, absent; Wanda Hyde Clerk, Present and Carol DeMars Treasurer, present.  Others present:  David Hyde, Jennifer Murphy, Mike Murphy, Mike Yonan, Wendy and Tom Murphy, Sue Jenicek, Don Jenicek, Joe Johanik and Paul Norris.

Meeting postponed until later date as Town Board does not have a quorum.
