Budget Hearing
11/28/2017

Meeting was called to order by Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.

Present:  David Hyde, Sue Jenicek, Susan Ransh, Tim Medler, Larry Nelson, Don Jenicek, Charly Ray and Wanda Hyde.

2018 Budget forms were available.

Charly explained the budget line by line and asked if there were any questions.

Motion to close was made by Sue Jenicek seconded by David Hyde. Motion carried.

Special Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Bayview

Charly Ray called meeting to order at 7:28 p.m.

Present:  David Hyde, Sue Jenicek, Susan Ransh, Tim Medler, Larry Nelson, Don Jenicek, Charly Ray and Wanda Hyde.

Wanda Hyde explained the tax levy would include the loan payment for the Building and backhoe in the amount of $25,589 plus the increase allowed of $169 bringing the Levy total to $193,449.  This would be $169 increase over 2017.

Charly Ray explained the mill rate and the fact that the State of WI did not do a levy this year to the town.

Motion was made by Sue Jenicek seconded by Sue Ransh to approve the Town levy in the amount of $193,449.  8 Yes and 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Charly Ray.

Special Town of Bayview Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:34 p.m. by Charly Ray.

Roll call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Chary Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, absent.  Other present:  David Hyde, Sue Jenicek, Sue Ransh and Tim Medler.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Larry Nelson to adopt the 2018 Budget.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Don Jenicek to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.
