Town Caucus – Bayview Town Hall
January 11, 2011

Town Chairman, Donald Jenicek called the town caucus to order at 7 p.m.
There were __25______residents in attendance.

Chairman Jenicek explained the procedure that would be used. Nominations will be made by acclimation and if more people are nominated that are legally allowed on the April ballot, we will that proceed to cast ballots for those positions as needed.

Chairman Jenicek chaired the caucus as he had decided not to run this term.

Chairman Jenicek opened nominations for Town Treasurer

Nominations were called three times, hearing no other nominations, nominations for town treasurer was closed.

Nominations for Town Clerk were opened.

Nominations for Town Chairman were opened.

Hearing no other nominations, nominations for town chairman was closed.

Nominations for Town Supervisor were opened.

Motion made to nominate _Larry Nelson_as made by _Al House___, second by_Sue Jenicek___.
Motion made to nominate __Charly Ray_was made by __Jason Maloney__, second by_Sonja DoreBinder______.

Hearing no other nominations, nominations for Town Supervisor was closed.

Lots were cast to see the order in which Town Supervisors would be placed on the ballot.

Caucus Chair announced that all nominations are closed. Chairman asked for motion to adjourn.
