Special Town Meeting of Electors
July 9^th, 2013 – 6:00 p.m.

Chairman Charly Ray called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Those in attendance were: Larry Nelson, Greg Rozier, Carol DeMars, Wanda Hyde, David Hyde, John Carlson, S. Michael Yonan, Paul Norris, Jay Pringle, Rita Sharp, Robert Sharp, Deb Gierczic, Sue Jenicek and Don Jenicek.

Purpose of this meeting is pursuant to Section 60.12(1) (C), Wisconsin Statutes, by the Town Board for the following purposes:

Purchase of Land per State Statutes 60.10(2) (e) and Authorize Town Board to borrow the money for said purchase.

Motion was made by Paul Norris seconded by Jay Pringle authorizing the Town Board to negotiate up to 9 acres of land.  Vote 15 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by John Carlson allowing the board to borrow up to $33,000 for acquisition of property adjoining the Town Garage.  Vote 13 yes, 2 no.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by John Carlson, seconded by Sue Jenicek.
