Public Budget Hearing

The Public Hearing of the Town budget was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chair Don Jenicek.  Budget forms were made available.

Review of the 2024 budget took place.

Motion was made at 7:33 p.m. by Charly Ray to adjourn; seconded by Paul Norris.  Motion carried.

 

Special Town Meeting of the Electors

Special Town Meeting of the Electors was called to order at 7:34 p.m. by Chair Don Jenicek.

Discussion of the 2023 Town of Bayview tax levy (to be collected in 2024) took place.

Motion was made by Charly Ray to approve the Town of Bayview tax levy for 2023 to be collected in 2024 at up to $251,108; motion seconded by Wanda Hyde.  Motion carried.

Motion was made at 7:35 p.m. by Mike Yonan to adjourn; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Motion carried.

 

Special Town Board Meeting to Adopt the 2024 Budget

The Special Town Board Meeting to Adopt the 2024 Budget was called to order by Chair Don Jenicek at 7:36 p.m.

Roll call:  Chair Don Jenicek, present; Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Mike Garnich, present; Clerk Kim Suske, present; Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.

Motion to adopt the 2024 Town of Bayview budget was made by Mike Garnich; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Bill Bodin; seconded by Mike Garnich.

Meeting adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
