Special Meeting of Bayview Town Board

September 26, 2013

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.

Roll call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Supervisor Greg Rozier, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present and Treasurer Carol DeMars absent.  Others present:  David Hyde, Mike Yonan and Paul Norris.

TRIP project selection was discussed as well as options for funding.  Motion was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson to go forward with TRIP project as road rebuild on Westgate Rd.  Motion carried.  Charly Ray will come up with a five year plan for the TRIP program requirements.

John Carlson Town of Bayview’s attorney has been asked to represent the Guski family to clean up title to property being purchased.  Motion was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Greg Rozier to approve John Carlson representing both Guski family and Town of Bayview.  Motion carried.

Employee evaluation form was reviewed.  Some suggestions were placed on the evaluation form to discuss with employees at their evaluation before next meeting.

New time sheet presented by Greg Rozier was reviewed.  Greg has volunteered to make a spread sheet for following work on roads for next year.

Motion to adjourn was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson.
