Special Meeting of the Town of Bayview
September 23, 2011 8:00 a.m.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Al House at 8:00 a.m.

Roll Call:  Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Charly Ray Supervisor, absent; Al House Chairman, present and Wanda Hyde Clerk, present.

Chairman Al House read Resolution 11-02 authorizing the Town Chairman to represent the Township for grant applications.

Motion was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Al House to approve and sign resolution 11-02.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Al House.
