Special Meeting of the Town of Bayview Board

October 17^th, 2011

Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Al House at 8:33 a.m.

Roll Call:  Supervisor, Larry Nelson absent; Chairman, Al House present; Supervisor, Charly Ray present and Clerk, Wanda Hyde present.  Others present:  Road Superintendant Mike Yonan and Worker, Jim Maki.

Al House reported that the purpose of this meeting was for an addendum to the roof bid for the town garage to include siding the front and side portions of existing garage.   Motion was made by Charly Ray seconded by Al House to go ahead with bid for roof and siding and insulation up to $24,500. Motion carried.  The town crew would install the additional insulation.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Al House.
