Special Meeting of the Town of Bayview
May 25^th, 2016

Meeting was called to order at 5:40 p.m.

Roll Call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Supervisor Don Jenicek, absent.  No others present.

Houghton Falls Nature Preserve Management Plan has been amended to reflect the hours of nature preserve as follows:

April 1^st until Sept. 15^th 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Sept. 16^th until Mar. 31^st 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Motion was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson to approve changes to Houghton Falls Nature Preserve Management Plan and sign.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson to approve hours of operation changes to the Citation Ordinance #16-06 and sign.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson to approve hours of operation changes to the Town Park –Preserve Ordinance #16 -05.  Motion carried.

Bid from Angelo Lupino for 2” overlay on Friendly Valley Road was opened and reviewed.  Motion to table was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson as the bid did not show the tonnage.  Motion carried.  No other bid were received by the deadline of May 24^th 5:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson.
