Town of Bayview Special Board Meeting
September 23^rd, 2014 – 6:00 p.m.

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman, Charly Ray.

Roll call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Supervisor Greg Rozier present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Carol DeMars, present.  Other present:  Sue Jenicek, Mike Yonan; Paul Norris and Paul Johnson.

Charly Ray requested that we move item number 1 to the bottom of the list.

Friendly Valley Road Repair of pavement starting at STH 13 was discussed.  Hot Mix at $2200.00 v/s Cold Mix at $3300.00 plus our labor.  Motion made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson to use the Hot Mix on Friendly Valley Road.  Motion carried.  2yes and 1 no.

The Town Board decided to post Houghton Falls Road on both sides starting at Murphy’s and ending at Olson’s driveway.

Charly Ray reported that he had talked with the Sheriff’s Department and that they would be able to enforce the “No Parking” as well as other rules of the park under the Wisconsin Statutes.

The “No Parking Ordinance” and the “Citation Ordinance” will be put on file for the future.

10 year road plan was reviewed.  Suggestions were made and Charly will rework the plan and pass to the board through the town Clerk for approval before the October 14^th, meeting.

The Clerk stated she would not be able to be at the October 14^th meeting and the Treasurer agreed to take over the Clerks position that evening.

Next meeting October 14^th, 2014 would start a half hour early in closed session to review personnel.
