Town of Bayview Special Board Meeting
November 6^th, 2014

Chairman Charly Ray called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

Roll call:  Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Greg Rozier Supervisor, present; Charly Ray Chairman, present; Wanda Hyde Clerk, present and Carol DeMars Treasurer, absent.  Others present were: Paul Norris.

Chairman stated that the purpose of this meeting was 2015 budget.

The Clerk explained the budget to date line by line.  Correction and additions were made.

Motion by was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson to increase the election workers to $10.00 per hour.  Motion carried.

Carol DeMars arrived.

Discussion of pickup truck deterioration took place, no action.

Motion was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson to go into closed session for employee wage review per Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1) (b) and (c) for personnel matters, then to return to open session to take any action that may be necessary on the closed session item.  Roll call vote:  Larry Nelson, yes; Greg Rozier, yes; Charly Ray, yes.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Charly Ray seconded by Greg Rozier to give Mike Yonan a .25 per hour increase.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn by Larry Nelson seconded by Charly Ray.
