Special Board Meeting to open bids on Washington Ave
May 15, 2012

Meeting was called to order at 5:50 p.m. by Chairman, Al House.

Roll Call:  Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Charly Ray Supervisor, present; Wanda Hyde Clerk, present and Al House Chairman, present.

Bids were opened for wedge and overlay on Washington Ave from Maki Road to Johnson  Leino Road as follows:

Angelo Luppino, Inc                         $90,530.00

Northwoods Paving                        $78,501.30

After review of each bid a motion was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Charly Ray to accept the low bid of Northwoods Paving in the amount of $78,501.30.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson.
