Special Board Meeting for purpose of Big Rock Slide
Town of Bayview

Meeting was called to order by Charly Ray at 8:00 a.m.

Roll Call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Supervisor Greg Rozier, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Carol DeMars, absent.  Others present:  Mike Yonan.

Greg Rozier explained that we could have an overrun on the Big Rock slide project of up to 20%.   He will get documentation.

Contract was reviewed and changes are to be made. Section 4 words compensation will be replaced with final estimate.  Section 6 sentence that states Greg Rozier has been delegated.

Motion was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Greg Rozier to approve and sign contract with C & W Trucking with noted changes.  Motion carried.

Guardrail question – who actually will be doing this work?

It was noted that Tim Davis needs to be contacted before tree removal starts.  (This removal does not include the roots.)

Larry would call Shawn Hasieule, DNR, regarding tree removal.

Motion to adjourn was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Greg Rozier.
