Public Budget Hearing
November 27^th, 2018

Meeting was called to order by Charly Ray at 6:00 p.m.

Present:  Larry Nelson, Kelly Warren, David Warren, Don Jenicek, Charly Ray and Wanda Hyde.

2019 Budget forms were available.

Charly Ray asked if there were any questions at this time.  There were no questions.

Motion to close was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Kelly Warren. Motion carried.

Special Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Bayview

Charly Ray called meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

Present:  Larry Nelson, Kelly Warren, David Warren, Don Jenicek, Charly Ray and Wanda Hyde.

Wanda Hyde explained the Tax Levy would include the loan payment for the garage additions and backhoe in the amount of $25,589 plus the increase allowed of $629 bring the Levy total to $194,078.

Charly Ray explained the mill rate.

Motion was made by Kelly Warren seconded by David Warren to approve the Town Levy in the amount of $194,078.  6 yes and 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Larry Nelson seconded by David Warren.

Special Town of Bayview Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 6:18 p.m. by Charly Ray.

Roll Call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, present; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.  Others present:  David Warren.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Larry Nelson to adopt the 2019 Summary Budget. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Larry Nelson.
