Public Budget Hearing
December 10th, 2019
Meeting was called to order by Town Chairman Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.
Present: David Hyde, Mike Yonan, Kelly Warren, Bill Bodin, Donald Jenicek; Butch Warren and Linda Jorgenson.
Charly Ray explained that the budget presented included a $25,000 increase in the tax levy with $10,000 of that to go into a reserve account with the balance into road budget. He also noted that the gravel budget has been increased by 20% and a loan has been added to finish Maki Road, noting that the 1st loan payment wouldn’t be due until 2021.
Motion to close the Budget Hearing was made by David Hyde seconded by Butch Warren. Motion carried.
Special Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Bayview
Charly Ray called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m.
Present: David Hyde, Mike Yonan, Kelly Warren, Bill Bodin, Donald Jenicek; Butch Warren and Linda Jorgenson.
Review of the proposed tax levy in the amount of $219,788 was discussed. Motion was made by Linda Jorgenson seconded by Mike Yonan to approve tax levy in the amount of $219,788. 9 yes and 0 no. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn was made by Bill Bodin seconded by Kelly Warren.
Special Town of Bayview Meeting
Meeting was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Charly Ray.
Present: Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, present. Other present: David Hyde, Mike Yonan, Butch Warren and Linda Jorgenson.
Motion was made by Bill Bodin seconded by Don Jenicek to approve the 2020 Budget Summary for the Town of Bayview as our operating budget. Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Bill Bodin.
