Town of Bayview Special Board Meeting

October 29, 2024

 Meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. by Chair.

Roll Call:  Chair Don Jenicek, present; Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Mike Garnich, present; Clerk Kim Suske, present; Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.

Others in attendance:  Paul Norris, Ben Thoen, Sara Bara.

Work on Town budget:  The Board went through and made decisions for each line of the budget.

The Board may elect to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, compensation, or performance evaluation of road crew:  Board moved to Closed Session at 7:02 p.m. and requested that Kelly Warren, Treasurer leave the room as her husband works on the road crew.  Board returned to open session at 7:17 p.m.

Mike Garnich made a motion to approve a pay increase of 4% for the road crew; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Motion carried.

Mike Garnich was approved to attend the November meeting via phone.

Moton to adjourn was made by Mike Garnich, seconded by Don Jenicek.  Meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
