Town of Bayview Special Board Meeting

November 13, 2025

Meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m. by Chair Don Jenicek.

Roll Call:  Chair Don Jenicek, present; Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Clerk Kim Suske, present; Treasurer Kelly Warren, present; Supervisor Mike Garnich, present via phone;

Others in attendance:  Karen Bodin.

Resolution of the Town Board Proposing to Exceed Levy Limit via Town Meeting—Discussion and possible action:  Mike Garnich made a motion to adopt Resolution 25-02 “Resolution of the Town Board Proposing to Exceed Levy Limit via Town Meeting;” motion seconded by Bill Bodin.  All in favor, motion carried unanimously.

Motion made by Mike Garnich to adjourn; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Motion adjourned at 5:47 p.m.
