Special Meeting of the Town of Bayview to discuss HFNP

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call:  Supervisor Bill Bodin present; Supervisor Don Jenicek present; Chairman Charly Ray present; Clerk Wanda Hyde present and Treasurer Kelly Warren present.  Other present:  Lorrie Dashein, Monna Suerth, Mike Garnich, Bob and Nicola Cuty, Erika Lan, John Malinowski, Shari Eggleson, Sue Jenicek, Cary Bouchard, Jack Louko, Linda Jorgenson, Mike Yonan, Butch Warren and John Carlson.

Discussion took place until 8:30 p.m.

Don Jenicek stated he was not in favor of making any changes at this time to the barriers on the old railroad grade and Bill Bodin agreed.  Charly Ray stated he was still open to making changes.

Motion was made to adjourn by Don Jenicek, seconded by Bill Bodin.
