Town of Bayview
December 11^th, 2018

Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman Charly Ray.

Roll call:  Supervisor Larry Nelson, excused absent; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.  Others present:  David Hyde, Mike Yonan, Butch Warren, Steve Spiel, Bob & Nicola Cuty and Susan Raasch.

Minutes of 11/12/2018 were reviewed.  Motion to approve with a couple corrections was made by Charly Ray seconded by Don Jenicek.  Motion carried.

Minutes of 11/27/2018 Public Hearing, Special Meeting of Electors and Special Town Meeting were reviewed.  Motion to approve all three with one addition was made by Charly Ray seconded by Don Jenicek.  Motion carried.

Treasurer Report was given by Kelly Warren.  Checking $28,957.84; equipment $7,830.61; room tax $10,996.04 and Tax levy $13,616.41.  Wanda Hyde noted that the amount left in tax levy is balance of HFNP Loan and needs to be available next year.

Citizen’s Concerns and Comments – No comments at this time.

Class A Permeting by Steven Spiel to leave a RV on his property at 79115 Big Rock Road was reviewed.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Charly Ray to approve and state that the town did not believe he be charged an after the fact fee.  Motion carried.

Road Report:   Mike Yonan reported that he has had no word from Ashland Construction as to Whiting Road, but that the contract has not been finished.

5-year road Plan – No changes

Land Use Plan – tabled

Ordinance regarding commercial use of Town property – tabled.

Review revisions to Grievance Policy – tabled.

List of Election Board Members for 2019 – 2020 was presented by Wanda Hyde.  Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Charly Ray to approve.  Motion carried.

Payment of bills in the amount of $36,396.31.  Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Charly Ray to approve as presented.  Motion carried.

Town of Bayview Caucus is set for January 8^th at 6:00 followed by Town Meeting.

Motion to adjourn was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Charly Ray.
