Town of Bayview Special Town Meeting
July 1, 2024

Meeting was called to order by Chair at 8:00 p.m.

Roll Call:  Chair Don Jenicek, present; Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Mike Garnich, present; Clerk Kim Suske, present; Treasurer Kelly Warren, present; Attorney John Carlson, present; Assessor Ben Kurtzweil present via phone.

Don Jenicek made a motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(g) for discussion regarding litigation pending against the Town by Ed and Mary Gruhl; motion seconded by Mike Garnich.  All were in favor—motion carried.

The meeting moved into closed session.

Special Town Meeting reconvened at 8:49 p.m.

Motion to adjourn made by Mike Garnich; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
