Public Budget Hearing

The Public Hearing of the Town Budget was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Don Jenicek.  Budget forms were made available.

Review of the 2025 budget took place.

Motion was made at 7:02 p.m. by Bill Bodin to adjourn; seconded by Don Jenicek.  Motion carried.

 

Special Town Meeting of the Electors

Special Town Meeting of the Electors was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Chair Don Jenicek.

Discussion of the 2024 Town of Bayview tax levy (to be collected in 2025) took place.

Motion was made by Wanda Hyde to adopt the Clerk’s salary at $17,000 per year; seconded by Mike Garnich.  3 in favor; 1 abstained; 0 opposed.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Bill Bodin to approve the Town of Bayview tax levy for 2024 to be collected in 2025  at $228,907; motion seconded by Wanda Hyde.  4 in favor; 0 opposed.  Motion carried.

Motion was made at 7:12 p.m. by Wanda Hyde to adjourn; seconded by Bill Bodin.  Motion carried.

 

Special Town Board Meeting to Adopt the 2025 Budget

The Special Town Board Meeting to Adopt the 2025 Budget was called to order by Chair Don Jenicek at 7:14 p.m.

Roll call:  Chair Don Jenicek, present; Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Mike Garnich, present via phone; Clerk Kim Suske, present; Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.

Motion to adopt the 2025 Town of Bayview budget was made by Don Jenicek; seconded by Mike Garnich.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Bill Bodin; seconded by Mike Garnich.

Meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
