Town of Bayview Budget Hearing
November 29^th, 2011

Chairman Al House called the Town of Bayview budget hearing to order at 6:00 p.m.  Residents in attendance were Al House, Larry Nelson, Charly Ray, Wanda Hyde, Carol DeMars, Mike Yonan, David Hyde and Don & Sue Jenicek.

Copies of the 2012 Budget were handed out.  The budget was reviewed and discussed.

Motion to adjourn the Town of Bayview Budget Hearing was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson.  Motion carried.

Special Town Meeting of the Electors

Chairman Al House called the Town of Bayview Special Budget Meeting to order.  Residents in attendance were Al House, Larry Nelson, Charly Ray, Wanda Hyde, Carol DeMars, Mike Yonan, David Hyde and Don & Sue Jenicek.

Discussion of the 2011 Town of Bayview tax levy (collected in 2012) took place.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by David Hyde to set the Town of Bayview Levy at $164,942.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Mike Yonan to adjourn.

Regular Town Board Meeting

Chairman Al House called the meeting to order.

Roll call:  Present Supervisor Charly Ray, Supervisor Larry Nelson, Chairman Al House, Clerk Wanda Hyde and Treasurer Carol DeMars.

Others present: David Hyde, Mike Yonan, Don Jenicek and Sue Jenicek.

Motion was made to approve the 2012 Budget with an increase in the Room Tax Expense of $500.00 by Larry Nelson seconded by Charly Ray.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Charly Ray seconded by Larry Nelson.
