Town of Bayview Budget Hearing
November 29, 2012

Chairman Al House called the Town of Bayview budget hearing to order at 7:00 p.m.  Residents in attendance were Al House, Larry Nelson, Charly Ray, Wanda Hyde, Bob Sharp, Rita Sharp and David Hyde.

Copies of the 2013 Budget were reviewed and discussed.

Motion to adjourn the Town of Bayview Budget Hearing was made by Bob Sharp seconded by David Hyde.

Special Town Meeting of the Electors

Chairman Al House called the Town of Bayview Special Budget Meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.  Residents in attendance were Al House, Larry Nelson, Charly Ray, Wanda Hyde, Bob Sharp, Rita Sharp and David Hyde.  Discussion of the 2013 Town of Bayview Tax levy (collected in 2012) took place.

Motion was made by David Hyde seconded by Rita Sharp to set the Town of Bayview Levy at $164,398.  Motion carried.

Motion was made by David Hyde seconded by Bob Sharp to adjourn.

Regular Town Board Meeting

Chairman Al House called the meeting to order.

Roll call – Present were Supervisor Larry Nelson, Supervisor Charly Ray, Chairman Al House and Clerk Wanda Hyde.  Treasurer Carol DeMars was absent.  Others present:  David Hyde, Bob Sharp and Rita Sharp.

Motion was made by Charly Ray and seconded by Larry Nelson to approve the 2013 Budget.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn made by Larry Nelson seconded by Charly Ray.
