Town of Bayview—Final Adjournment of the Board of Review

Chairman Donald Jenicek called the Town of Bayview Board of Review to order at 5:00 p.m.

Roll call:  Present – Chairman Donald Jenicek, Supervisor Mike Garnich, Supervisor Bill Bodin, and Clerk Kim Suske.  Assessor Ben Kurtzweil present via phone.

In review, the Board of Review during their 2-hour meeting on 09/27/2023 made the decision to uphold the assessor’s evaluation of the property being contested by Mr. Ed Gruhl.  As Mr. Gruhl was not present at the end of the meeting, the Notice of Board of Review Determination form was sent to Mr. Gruhl via certified mail on September 28, 2023 with receipt by Mr. Gruhl confirmed by the USPS.

As there was no further business, Mike Garnich made a motion to adjourn the meeting; motion seconded by Bill Bodin.  Meeting adjourned at 5:03 p.m.
