Chairman Charly Ray called the Town of Bayview Board of Review to order at 5:48 p.m.

Roll Call:  Doug Kurtzweil Assessor, present; Larry Nelson, present; Donald Jenicek, present; Charly Ray, present and Wanda Hyde, Clerk present.

The Assessor noted that things are proceeding, all field work is done, and electronic filing is progressing.  Will need to set Open Book date and Board of Review for late August or early September.  He noted one change is that a written notice has to be sent by Assessor to all property owners 30 days before Open Book.  Looking at Open Book taking place a couple weeks before Board of Review and they would schedule a whole Saturday.

Motion to adjourn until a later date was made by Larry Nelson seconded by Donald Jenicek.  Roll call vote:  Larry Nelson, yes; Donald Jenicek, yes, Charly Ray, yes and Wanda Hyde, yes.  Motion carried.
