Monthly Board Meeting November 18th, 2014

December 9th, 2014
Meeting was called to order by Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Greg Rozier Supervisor, present; Charly Ray Chairman, present; Wanda Hyde Clerk, Present and Carol DeMars Treasurer, present. Others present: David Hyde, Joe Johanik, Bob Bodin, Tom Murphy and Mike Yonan.
Minutes of 11/18, 2014. Motion was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson. Motion carried.
Treasurer Report was given by Carol DeMars. Checking $19,593.97; Equipment Fund $5,226.14 and Room Tax $9,073.60.
Carol mention two checks that have been outstanding. She will contact both parties.
Payment of the bills in the amount of $21,903.37. Motion was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson to approve and sign as presented. Motion carried.
Wanda was requested to contact BC Highway regarding $200 received from ATV Trail Group.
Citizens’ Concerns and Comments:
Road Report: Mike Yonan reported that they had been plowing and keeping forest roads open for loggers.
Wanda Hyde requested the return of old time cards as the new time cards were a waste of paper and not serving the purpose that you were intended. Board agreed.
Five Year Road Plan has not changed reported Charly Ray.
Old Business:
$15,000 short term loan will be paid back by year end if at all possible stated Wanda Hyde.
New Business:
Waste Management Contracts were reviewed. Motion was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson to approve and sign contract with Eagle Waste for 2015-2016. Motion carried.
Bridge Inspection done on Big Rock Road by Bayfield County was reviewed and placed on file.
Correspondence – No action required.
Next meeting will be January 13th with the caucus to start at 5:30 and board meeting to follow.
