Special Meeting of the Electors
Town of Bayview
November 26, 2013

Meeting was called to order by Charly Ray Chairman  at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to Sec. 60.12 (1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes  to approve the 2013 town tax levy to be paid in 2014 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.

Roll call:  Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Greg Rozier Supervisor, present; Charly Ray Chairman, present; Wanda Hyde Clerk, present; and Carol DeMars Treasurer, present. Others present were: Sue Jenicek and David Kedrowski.

Motion was made by Sue Jenicek seconded by Dave Kedrowski to approve 2013 town tax levy of $166,967 to be paid in 2014.  Yes 6 – No 0.

Motion was made by Sue Jenicek seconded by David Kedrowski to adjourn Special Meeting of the Electors and go into session of regular town board meeting.

Charly Ray Chairman called the meeting to order.

Roll call:  Charly Ray, Chairman, present; Greg Rozier Supervisor, present; Larry Nelson Supervisor, present; Wanda Hyde Clerk, present and Carol DeMars Treasurer, present.  Others present:  Sue Jenicek and David Kedrowski.

Motion by Larry Nelson seconded by Greg Rozier to approve 2014 Budget with the following revisions:

Income increase Flood Aid $2,700.  Expense Flood Damage increase to $30,000 and decrease Road Rebuild to $29,840.  Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn was made by Greg Rozier seconded by Larry Nelson.
