Mr. Jenicek explained that at our August 26th, 2010 Special Meeting of the Electors the town electors approved the borrowing of $127,800 at an interest rate of 3.75%.  These monies were to be used to tack coat and a paved wedge on Big Rock Road and an area on Friendly Valley Road and these costs would be added to the existing Washington Ave Loan. Discussion followed that the loan would not have to be $127,800 as a payment on the Washington Ave loan would take place before the loan was required. Carol DeMars Treasurer reported that as the loan has not yet taken place and new board members are in place so this loan should be approved again.  Motion was made by Bob Bodin to approve this loan up to $125,000.00 seconded by Sue Jenicek.  Hands approving 18 yes and 0 no.  Motion carried.
