Town of Bayview—110^th Annual Meeting

April 18, 2023

Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Don Jenicek, Chair

Attendance:  Don Jenicek, Chair, Kim Suske, Clerk

Others in attendance:  Bill Bodin, Wanda Hyde, Mike Yonan, Kelly Warren, Butch Warren, Kim Ross, Mary Ross, Bob Cuty, Nicola Cuty, and Paul Johnson.

Copies of the 109^th Annual Meeting Minutes and 2022 Financial Statement were made available.

Review of 109^th Annual Meeting minutes: Motion made by Bill Bodin and seconded by Kelly Warren to approve 109^th Annual Meeting Minutes as read by Don Jenicek. 12 Yes, 0 No.  Motion Carried.

Review of 2022 Financial Report:  Motion by Mike Yonan and seconded by Paul Johnson to approve as presented.  12 Yes, 0 No.  Motion carried.

New business –

Mike Yonan reported that there is still plaster work and painting to do in the basement.  Also, the wheelchair ramp needs to be rebuilt.

Recognition given to Wanda Hyde for 14 years of amazing service.  Thank you Wanda!

The 111^th Annual Meeting is set for April 16^th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

Town picnic is scheduled for August 26^th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The town will provide brats, buns, and drinks.  This will be a potluck event.

The Spring Dumpster Day will be held on May 27, 2023, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn was made by Wanda Hyde and seconded by Nicola Cuty.
