107^th Annual Meeting – Town of Bayview
April 21^st, 2020 – 7:00 p.m.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Charly Ray.

Roll call:  Supervisor Bill Bodin, present; Supervisor Don Jenicek, present; Chairman Charly Ray, present; Clerk Wanda Hyde, present and Treasurer Kelly Warren, present.

Motion was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Bill Bodin to adjourn until July 14^th at 7:00 p.m. due to the Covid-19 social distancing per Statute 185.  Motion carried.

107^th Annual Meeting was called to order by Chairman Charly Ray at 7:05 p.m. in the parking lot of the town hall.

Roll call:  Chairman Charly Ray, present and Clerk Wanda Hyde present.  Others present were:  Don Jenicek, Bill Bodin, Kelly Warren, Ed & Mary Gruhl, Cary and Kim Bouchard, Cindy Dillenschneider, Bob and Nicola Cuty, Shari Eggleson, Butch Warren, Woody Peterson, Mike Garnich, Linda Jorgenson and Mike Yonan.

Copies of last year’s annual meeting minutes and 2020 Financial Statements are available.

Review 106^th Annual Meeting Minutes.

Motion was made by Mike Yonan seconded by Cary Bouchard to dispense with the reading of the minutes. 17 yes 0 no. Motion carried.

Motion was made by Mike Yonan seconded by Cary Bouchard to accept the 106^th Annual Meeting Minutes.  17 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Review of the 2019 Financial Statement too place.

Motion was made by Cary Bouchard seconded by Bill Bodin to accept the 2019 Financial Statement as presented.  17 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

New Business

Fall Dumpster day is September 26^th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Motion was made by Cary Bouchard seconded by Kelly Warren to cancel the Annual picnic scheduled for August 15^th.  17 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Next meeting is set for Tuesday April 20^th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mike Yonan seconded by Cary Bouchard.
