106^th Annual Meeting – Town of Bayview
April 16^th, 2019 @ 7:03 p.m.

Call to order by Don Jenicek at 7:03 p.m.

Attendance:  Don Jenicek, Wanda Hyde, Susan Raasch, David Hyde, Mike Garnich, Bill Bodin, Linda Jorgenson, Bob & Nicola Cuty, Paul Johnson, Sue Jenicek, Kelly Warren, Alice Cadotte, Ken Cadotte and Mary Gruhl.

Minutes of 105^th Annual Meeting and Financial Statements 2018 were available along with draft of 5-year road plan.

Motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes of 105^th Annual Meeting was made by Bob Cuty and seconded by Linda Jorgenson.  13 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion to approve minutes of 105^th Annual Meeting was made by Kelly Warren seconded by Paul Johnson.  13 yes 0 no.  Motion carried.

Review and discussion of the 2018 financial statement took place.

Motion to approve the 2018 financial statement was made by Bill Bodin seconded by Bob Cuty. 13 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

A resolution authorizing Town of Bayview to have Village Powers was discussed.

Motion to approve Resolution #19-03 Authorizing Town to Have Village Powers was made by Mike Garnich seconded by Sue Jenicek.  13 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Paul Johnson gave an update on the Depot project and thanking the Garnich Family. Linda Jorgenson stated that there would be a mailing soon requesting donations for this project and that Lynn Adams would be building a Facebook page for the Depot project.

Discussion regarding invasive species took place at this time.

Next meeting date is set for third Tuesday in April – April 21^st, 2020 at 7 p.m.

Motion to adjourn was made by Bob Cuty seconded by Susan Raasch.
