105^th Annual Meeting – Town of Bayview
April 17^th, 2018 7:00 p.m.

Call to order by Charly Ray at 7:00 p.m.

Attendance:  Charly Ray, Wanda Hyde, David Hyde, Mike Yonan, David Warren, Kelly Warren, Mike Garnich, Sue Jenicek, Don Jenicek, Bob and Nicola Cuty, Joe Russo, Ulf Gafvert, Paul Johnson, Rita Sharp, Robert Sharp, Susan Rusch, Linda Jorgenson and Larry Nelson.

Minutes of 104^th Annual Meeting and Financial Statements 2017 were available.

Motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes of 104^th Annual Meeting was made by Joe Russo seconded by Mike Garnich.  17 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Motion to approve minutes of 104^th Annual Meeting was made by Don Jenicek seconded by Paul Johnson.  17 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

Joe Russo stated that he would like to thank Town Supervisors for the road service improvements, and work on improving internet services to our community.

2017 Financial Report was reviewed.   Questions were answered as they came up.  Motion was made by Sue Jenicek seconded by Linda Jorgenson to approve 2017 Financial Report.  17 yes, 0 no.  Motion carried.

New Business –

Discussion followed regarding the pros and cons of borrowing money for roads v/s raising taxes.  No action taken.

Next meeting was set for April 16^th, 2019 – 7:00 p.m.

Motion to adjourn was made by Mike Garnich seconded Joe Russo.
